You will work closely with many different application support teams across the larger rental departments.As an Engineer 2, Software, you will support the development of new clients and enable our business to grow through the implementation of new capabilities. As a member of this area, you will work with technical leadership to develop and modify many different elements of technology. You will collaborate with other engineers and architects to provide recommendations for implementing new solutions and business capabilities, ensuring security standards are met. You will be providing instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments, ensuring team deadlines are met. You will also be required to monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance with established standards, processes, and procedures. You must be able to work in a fast-paced, production environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks.As an Engineer 2, Software, we will be looking to you as a subject matter expert in multiple technology areas who will represent your team in a positive manner both within and outside of your department. Pricing supports and maintains the data and applications that determines what price we offer to our customers for all brands and locations. Pricing is also a key contributor to multiple on-going projects like Greenlight.
