What Youll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to team goals around performance, quality, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
- Stay current with development trends, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to help the team improve.
- Support teammates and cross-functional teams as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial software development experience.
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Java and related web technologies.
- Experience designing with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git and testing frameworks like JUnit, Enzyme, or Mocha.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Bonus: Experience with healthcare software, HL7, Redis, Docker, Postgres, or AWS.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
